Category talk:Non-Astro City Based Villains

This one might be harder than I thought. And/or have a lot more than I thought. Some are obvious like the British villains and ones that explicitly mention if they're from elsewhere. But it seems like many of them might be Non-Astro based. How many of them just travel once to AC to take the risk/challenge of wickedness? I know we've got tons of aliens and such too. But like the Mechanimator's fought in St. Louis, its not for sure he's from there.
EDIT: Should we include alien villains on here as well? We already have them double listed as Villains and on Alien Races. It would seem obvious that they're not from the big city, and cut down some of the entries...

I wouldn't include the alien villains here. If some alien villain is permanently based on Earth, then we can double list that villain (there won't be that many of them).

And that just raises the further question of what to do about guys like the Living Nightmare or Thunderhead. They live on Earth, in a manner of speaking, but they don't exactly have home cities.

Possibly a category like "Legendary" could handle Thunderhead, the Gnomes, Trolls, etc.??? This category could cross the villain/hero boundary. I think the Living Nightmare may be centered around Astro City; certainly, that fits with him frequently manifesting around Samaritan, being linked to Honor Guard, etc. I would leave him in the non-Alien, local villain category until proven otherwise. I'm not convinced we need to distinguish him from other villains, just as we don't distinguish Rex from other heroes.

Alright aliens have their own sub-group and is obvious. Thunderhead and the Gnomes are under Other. That shows pretty good that they're generally neutral unless provoked about something.
So I'm guessing we should just stick to ones that are clearly not from there like Infidel and the Soviets and the ones that are clearly mentioned as not being from Astro City like the Gunslinger.
