A current member of Honor Guard, Cleopatra protects Astro City and the rest of the world from various magic-based menaces. She is the successor of the previous Cleopatra, Cleopatra I.

Powers: Cleopatra carries something called "the sun-staff of Ra" (the same as the first's). This magical weapon can generate a pyramid-shaped forcefield of some sort called a "power-pyramid". Able to control and alter a power-pyramid's size, she uses them to bind supervillains and criminals. Cleopatra has also demonstrated super-strength, the ability to survive in space without aid, and flight; whether these abilities are dependent on the sun-staff is unknown.
Speculations, Observations and Theories
She sometimes talks about herself in the third person.
She once mentioned an "afternoon lecture" in her schedule (CS:Beautie), indicating that she's either a college student or, more likely given her age, a professor of some sort.
The one time she was seen "off-duty", she spoke in a regular, casual manner distinct from the grand, formal speech seen elsewhere. Perhaps the formal speech is an act, or perhaps switching between her civilian and Cleopatra IDs involves some manner of magic transformation.
