Very little is known about the self-described "Lord of Time." He exists in the Chronal Realm, and may not be human. He has battled both Samaritan and the Time-Keeper, and each battle has created considerable effect on the timestream, from Samaritan's being thrown through time to the near-destruction of the universe.
