Kirlian Man

Possessing some manner of power over the Kirlian auras from which he derives his name, the Kirlian Man is a longtime enemy of the law. His career of paranomal crimes spans from several decades ago into the present day.

He attempted to steal the X-1000 experimental jet from Hillman Holdaway.
