A group of fanatic terrorists driven by a Ku Klux Klan-like ideology, who wish to "cleanse" the earth of those they deem "filth." They combine the technology of super-criminals with the trappings of white supremacy.
They attacked the 1978 Astro City Gay Freedom Parade using jet-packs and energy rifles.
