Originally members of a cult who worshiped Shirak and were transformed into his shark troops on Earth. Karnus was the leader of the sect.
While strong and vicious monsters, the Ravagers are not so powerful as to be impossible to be hurt by humans; the non-powered Silver Agent was able to engage them in combat.
