InfoDump
While associated with Black Velvet, Street Angel went "dark", becoming a violent vigilante.
Carries a supply of large aerobie-like rings ("haloes") which he throws at enemies. In his earlier, more light-hearted days, he used a variety of specialized haloes; each kind performing a different technological trick. When Street Angel entered his darker phase, he switched to haloes with steel cores and angel-shaped shurikens, which he used to disable and damage criminals.
Following this dark phase, in contrition, Street Angel ran medicines into Central Africa for several years.
Speculations, Observations and Theories
Known to have some relationship (not necessarily romantic) with Quarrel II. This presumably occurred after his return from Africa. He may have been her teacher or mentor, helping to convince her to become a hero, not a black mask like her father: Quarrel I.
An old newspaper, circa 1995 or before, states that Street Angel is "presumed dead."
