Perhaps the correct term is "Geomancer"?

Hmm... Petrokinetic seems to be a fanish sort of word, but it does show up in several other universes as well, so I think its ok. An alternative my be "paranormal shaper of stone."

Strictly speaking, I believe a geomancer is someone who predicts the future using soil. I don't think it's the best choice. I'm going to go with geokinetic because he seems to be able to affect soil as well as rock. If anyone has any objections, give a shout. 

Yiding

Geomancer wasn't my suggestion; it was the comment I found on this page. I can live with petrokinetic; I can live with geokinetic; I can live with making it a longer phrase (psi-shaper of stones and earth).
