Thought to be an ancient weather-god or some sort of cosmic entity, responsible for the 1995 destruction of Draketown, Alaska.
He threatened to destroy Astro City in the fall of 1996 after some humans had captured Helia.

He seems vastly powerful. Able to control weather. A full roster of Astro City's most powerful heroes couldn't stop him.

He is quick tempered and similar to the Greek god Zeus. Is called "Dunderhead" behind his back. His significant other is Helia.
