An ambitious supervillain and technological genius, the Toymaker commits his crimes using high-tech machines and gadgets designed in the form of toys. Physically, he very much resembles the children's book image of the kindly old toymaker, right down to the various arts and crafts tools kept on his person.

History

In 1970, he captured Beautie and attempted to reverse engineer her, but could never figure it out. But at the same time an army of his toys attempted to take over the U.S. Senate and was combated by Honor Guard.
