His career as a crime fighter began in the 1960s. He was dealing with street problems, crimes, corruption, the mob. He was light-hearted, a bit of a smart aleck, and always making jokes. In general, he was having fun while making the streets a safer place to live.
Then the Dark Age arrived. The streets got tougher, the violence escalated, and the crime-fighting got deadly serious. The Street Angel answered in kind. Even his uniform changed, reflecting an almost sinister edge to a soul whose main interest was still seeing justice served, but in a different way...

The name suggests hope. It also hints at a youthful, fresh vibrant kind of energy. Starbright is certainly all of that and more.
