There is no blueprint for how to become a super-hero, but Brian Kinney has a plan. A high risk decision to move to Astro City, an area saturated with superheroes. There he hopes to mingle and learn, and with luck perhaps a chance as a side-kick or assistant to an already established mask. It's not like it hasn't happened before. His break comes sooner than he expected. He also didn't expect the Confessor to be the one to offer the chance for him to be Altar Boy.

Then too, they put her through a large battery of tests when she applied for the position. Endlessly long tests, and even a psych exam. She was really getting suspicious.
