The Neet Comics Group published a wide range of comic book titles based upon adventures with her and her friends. Observations According to Tillie Armstrong, she doesn't age. It's not clear what happened to her, but writer Sally Twinings felt that after Penny's disappearance, "the comic stories turned into formula crap." In Astro City No.5, a 1960s' issue of Penny Bright Comics appears on The Broken Man's Wall. What relevance it may have to the Broken Man or the Oubor is unknown.
