The cat probably see their roles reverse, and Sunshrike denies anyone has affiliation to Kittyhawk at all. Nightingale adopted her after Kittyhawk was exposed to some very nasty mind-control chemicals concocted by Stove-Pipe Johnny. Powers Initially, she was presumed to have no powers, but eventually Kittyhawk demonstrated: Phasing: Kittyhawk can walk through solid objects, such as walls and doors. Wings: Kittyhawk has retractable wings which allow her to fly. Animal Communication: Kittyhawk can communicate with other intelligent, semi-intelligent, and maybe even not-so-intelligent animals, including Rocket Dog. Enhanced Claws: Kittyhawk's claws can cut rope in a single stroke. Enhanced Intelligence: Kittyhawk is capable of recognizing important systems, and deactivating them.
