Stormhawk A former Honor Guard member. Powers Bearing physical characteristics that can clearly be described as avian, Stormhawk, unsurprisingly perhaps, can fly. His two large arm-wings are more than capable of sweeping him through the high, thin air. He also possesses electricity/lightning powers of some kind. Observations According to the backmatter of the second Dark Age collection, he is a relative of E.A.G.L.E. boss Flannery Hawk and he does have a human form. When human, his wings become designs running on his costume's sleeves, suggesting that the costume itself is in some way key to the transformation.
