Kittyhawk "It's a cat, it's not a team player." -- Kurt Busiek History Kittyhawk is Nightingale's pet cat. Well, at least according to Nightingale. Not too sure the cat or Sunshrike would concur. Nightingale adopted her after Kittyhawk was exposed to some mind-control chemicals used by Stove-Pipe Johnny. Powers Initially, she was presumed to have no powers, but eventually Kittyhawk demonstrated: Phasing: Kittyhawk can walk through solid objects, such as walls and doors. Wings: Kittyhawk has retractable wings which allow her to fly. Animal Communication: Kittyhawk can communicate with other intelligent, semi-intelligent, and maybe even not-so-intelligent animals, including Rocket Dog. Enhanced Claws: Kittyhawk's claws can cut rope in a single stroke. Enhanced Intelligence: Kittyhawk is capable of recognizing important systems, and deactivating them.
