Black Marketeer

A villain who traffics in illegal supertechnology.

History

The Black Marketeer sent agents to retrieve the Skullcrushers technology in Ecuador after their defeat at the hands of the Honor Guard in 2013. After the death of the Garden Gnome he got hold of his plant-based technology. He provided it to Karnazon for his revenge plan against Winged Victory in 2014.
