Another character, standing between Cleopatra and Kitkat, is this green pigmented fellow. Exactly who he is had not been revealed in the ongoing storyline of Astro City... yet. Powers It is likely that he is one of the many incidental super-heroes seen in an all out confrontation with Madame Majestrix and her minions. But in that double-page panel image, there is no complete certainty of it being the same individual. Speculations, Theories There has been some speculation [clarification needed] that he is the Cometeer.
