Stormhawk A former Honor Guard member. Powers Bearing physical characteristics that can clearly be described as avian, Stormhawk, unsurprisingly perhaps, can fly. His two large arm-wings are more than capable of sweeping him through the high, thin air. He also possesses some form of electricity/lightning powers. Observations According to backstory material presented in the second Dark Age collection, he is a relative of E.A.G.L.E. boss, Flannery Hawk. When in human form, his wings become designs running down his costume's sleeves, suggesting that the costume is part of the transformation process to a super-human.
