Perhaps this may seem too speculative, but DC Comics "in universe" may actually exist in Astro City. The only info I can recall is that Sally Twinings worked for them for a while and that DC made an appearance at Astro City Comicon. That is, can we tell that Twinings worked at a distance for one employer and not another--is DC demonstrably more or less AC-based than its competitors (like Neet or Rampart) that aren't explicitly located in AC?
