Handgun

A black mask, killed by the Kiefer Square killer.

History

After losing both his arms, Chester developed prosthetic arms that were also guns and embarked on a life of crime.

Handgun developed new arms in a cybernetic weapons lab, located in a sub-basement of his tenement and accessed via a secret elevator.

His widow, Aggie Morisi, later used one of Handgun's arms as part of the ambush of the Chessmen, in defense of the Mock Turtle.

Equipment

He used many different artificial arms that were also guns, blasters, etc., to commit crimes.

Observations

In 1982 he was working for the Underlord and was captured by Jack-in-the-Box.

Footnotes

His last name is likely a reference to Charlton Comics creator and creator of Peter Cannon Thunderbolt Pete Morisi.
