HistoryAfter losing both his arms, Chester developed prosthetic arms that were also guns and embarked on a life of crime. Handgun developed new arms in a cybernetic weapons lab, located in a sub-basement of his tenement and accessed via a secret elevator. His widow, Aggie Morisi, later used one of Handgun's arms as part of the ambush of the Chessmen, in defense of the Mock Turtle.
